Executive Summary: 
A service provider provides a web interface for a community resource that is customized for all resource users based on the type and configuration of the resource, and customized for each resource user based on the user’s permissions and allocation on the resource.
User Importance Summary: 
Web browsers are now available on nearly every computing device, from cell phones to desktop computers, and practically everyone conducting research is able to use them. Remote terminal applications are less widely known and less-widely available. A web browser interface is essential toward making high-performance and high-throughput computing systems accessible to all researchers.
