Executive Summary: 
A community member needs to update or correct information in his/her community user profile so applications and other users using the profile receive accurate information.
User Importance Summary: 
Access to resources and services in the public research computing community requires persistent identities for individuals. Allowing individuals to register themselves and maintain community identities is the least costly option.
Target Communities and Sizes: 
Community members - 10,000 < N < 100,000
