A campus researcher needs to submit tasks to one of the high-throughput computing (HTC) resources available to his or her campus.
User Importance Summary: 
Many-task computing (aka high-throughput computing) is an increasingly common technique in many fields of research. Campuses often have access to multiple resources for many-task computing, and researchers need easy ways to identify and use the available resources.
