REVIEW-75: XCI-509 Enhance CILogon Silver CA with support for REFEDS Assurance - Test Readiness Review

CILogon enables federated access to CyberInfrastructure (CI).  This activity is testing a new feature of CILogon that adds the ability to issue higher level of assurance certificates to enable XSEDE users to authenticate to partner cyberinfrastructures (such as the European Grid Infrastructure) that require those certificates.
