REVIEW-56: XCI-360 Evaluate Globus Auth SSH Client - Early Testing

As part of XCI's plans to address the Globus Toolkit EOL announcement , XCI is evaluating the new Globus’ SSH with Globus Auth.  This is now ready for early testing – currently only the client side is ready for comments.
