RADseq Tools for NCGAS

This VM has RStudio Server installed along with R 3.6, bioconductor 3.9, and many pre-loaded packages for doing RADseq analysis, including BEAST, VCFTools, and bioconductor packages for filtering vcfs, building phylogenetic trees, and mapping traits to those trees.
