Use Case Registry
The best way to understand research software is to understand the needs that inspired it. The Use Case Registry records “use cases”, where each use case describes something a researcher, educator, student, or research computing specialist needs to be able to do. Once you find a use case, you can see how it’s done today, identify “rough spots,” see related activities, rate its importance, or comment on it.
