TACC has an XSEDE ticket bucket and there is a tag for Wrangler.
TACC ticket bucket includes tickets to all TACC resources that are integrated into XSEDE. This ticket bucket currently has: 7 new tickets ranging from 4 hours old to 8 months old; 156 Open tickets ranging from 16 hours old to 2 years old; 166 tickets in user wait ranging from 24 hours old to 2 years old; 19 tickets in internal wait ranging from 2 weeks old to 1 year old. Please have someone take a look and close out tickets.
I will ask Operations to provide me a ticket dashboard that just shows specific SPs for SP checklist reviews next time to limit ticket review to just the SP under review
