Recommend referencing the usage record guidelines from XCI-187 without duplicating them in this document. Just document how those guidelines will be applied for this specific component in Section F.2 including: which specific fields will be generated and what values they will have as described currently in D and in the box at the end of F.2.
By duplicating all the XCI-187 documentation this document ends up including guidelines that don't apply to this components, such as usage record guidelines for command line tools. This is confusing.
