Quibble: could list the more specific use cases that we have

This is a minor issue and you can ignore it if you prefer.  The design document references the four "canonical" (enabling function) use cases for information services, which of course makes sense.  It wouldn't hurt (and might help identify important requirements) to also list the more specific user-facing use cases that are supported by central info services: CI-01, CI-02, CI-03, CB-05, CB-06, RC-03, RC-04, SGW-05, SPI-01 through SPI-04, SPI-07, SPI-08, SW-01, and DA-01. Maybe P2-03, HPC-03, or HTC-04?
