Delivery Effort Stage:

This is a different comment but I don't see a 'New Topic' button anywhere on this forum.

I had to read the following sentence a few times before I understood it.  A comma somewhere would be helpful, or use the words Either and Or once so we know what the options really.

● The additional field on the form is Update Reason. **This is a required field when updating resource data and allows us to know whether the update being made is a correction or entering of data but the resource hasn’t really changed or whether the update is denoting an actual change to the resource showing a new distinct state of the resource.**

I've changed this block to the following:

  • The additional field on the form is Update Reason.

**This is a required field when updating resource data and allows us to know whether the update being made is 1) a correction or entering new data without the resource really changing or 2) the update is denoting an actual change to the resource showing a new distinct state of the resource.**

Under 'Resource Project Affiliations", I like the note when I hover over whether this is an internal use only resource.

Then I use the drop down box to determine what level resource we are, and it is orderd level 2, level 1 then level 3.   Also, it would be nice to have a link to a page listing the levels or level descriptions.

A little nit here.  When filling out the form, it asks for dates.  I intentionally used an end date before the begin date to see if it would get picked up.  It did, but did not offer me the reason why it failed.  Here is the 'error message':

  • Only Friendly may overlap subsequent time periods. No time period may have an end date with no begin date

I had a begin date but it was after the end date. That might want to be included in the error.

good eye. fixed!
