In Section C, please remove the suggestions about how Globus should market itself.
These aren't necessary elements of the XSEDE Web SSO design and seem to be for a different audience.
Perhaps I should have avoided the word "market", but what I was really trying to get at is a simplified presentation of Globus Auth to End users. Something like "Identity Pooling. Single Sign-On." as a simple presentation of Globus Auth will capture the imagination of end-users, I feel.
I understand that it isn't about marketing per se, but you are making a suggestion about how Globus should present itself to users, and I don't think that's appropriate in an XSEDE design document. Would it make sense for you to include comments about how Apple should present the iPhone to its customers? Of course not.
If XSEDE has a special collaborative relationship with Apple and their employees are plugged into design efforts at XSEDE, then yes, the design doc could provide another way to communicate something in context, unless others have problems with it. :)
In the new design doc I am working on, I have removed the "marketing" suggestion and plan to instead specify some suggestions for how XSEDE can explain Globus Auth to its users, as a way for users to link their identities and use any of those identities for Single Sign-On.
