The due dates in the plan are all in 2017. I think they should be updated to be in the future rather than the past.
Since this is marked for PY7 completion (ending in August 2018), I expected to find dates that showed completion by August 31, 2018.

I updated the plan to span PY7 and PY8 since we won't finish this by August 2018. I also set the dates to something reasonable in the next few months.
