 Description

Tabitha currently uses a spreadsheet for SP management. Ideally she could use RDR to track SPs.

  • Create attribute sets
    • some for RAS
    • some for SP Coordination
    • Set of Fields for certain partitions
    • dynamic fields within groups
      • can we be more fine grained with privs for field groups so only folks can change fields if they entered them (restrict with can edit)
      • define field group, give it a name
        • then define fields within it for partitions
        • then fields for RAS
        • then fields for SP coordinations
      • maybe json?
  • fields are needed
    • some of these fields are not for public
    • certain fields will not be displayed
    • do we hide these in the API? (decided no, but to hide the RDR Admin notes)
  • This would move filed out of the base schema and into Field groups, simplifying the overall base schema
  • will be used to populate the SP forum page
  • RDR will be the source of truth (this is already done with Research Software Portal)
