Draft 2-3 use cases related to sharing datasets with other researchers.

  1. Upload a dataset to a repository so others can find & use it.
  2. Search a repository for datasets related to a given research activity.
  3. Use a dataset from a repository in a research activity.

2 and 3 above may be a single use case?
