Description |
Operational Software & Services of type “Execution Environment” are linked to a “Hosting Resource” and/or “Science Gateway”. When it's linked to a “Science Gateway” that is the provider, otherwise the “Hosting Resource”s Service Provider is the provider. Both “Packaged Software” and “Network Service” type Operational Software & Services have a “Support Contact” but not an explicit Provider. Certainly the “Support Contact” hints at who the provider is. We need to review our Software & Service registration design to address this problem. If this is creating a problem for the initial release of the RSP we could auto-create providers based on “Support Contact” details. |
