The SP micro-survey showed low (~2.5/5) awareness of XCI's software usage instrumentation support, use case/requirements gathering, development, and prioritization services, and moderate-low (~3.0/5) awareness of resource/software integration support and XCI documentation. RACD proposes that we raise awareness by preparing presentation materials on IPF, the CSR, and the above XCI services to present to the SP Forum and SP Administrators. We should also review/improve our online CSR documentation so that in the presentations we can point to CSR and get SPs to use it as an ongoing tool and awareness resource.
