In order to be able to provide technical support for applications and end users when authentication issues occur (someone can't login to an application), XCI needs to keep notes on the significant applications that use the XSEDE authentication service (Globus Auth) and how they've been set up (the specific integration choices and any debugging tools that can be used).  This activity will determine what specific bits of information we need to keep track of for the major applications (e.g., XUP, CSR, Confluence & JIRA, others TBD) and set it up so that it starts happening

There are comments for XCI-326 that can be viewed with XSEDE authentication.
