 Description   

This morning I struggled to find the launch review discussion for XCI-185. I couldn't find a link to the discussion thread at https://software.xsede.org/display/XCI-185 or https://software.xsede.org/display/xci-185. It seems to me the link to the forum for each activity used to be included in our Jira pages. I had to dig through old email to find https://software.xsede.org/discussion-forums/xci-185-plan.
