How can we make the Use Case registry, including the Use Case Implementation Status) more relevant and useful other XSEDE areas, the NSF, SPs, and the research community?

  • Transform it into a user facing one-stop-shop for discovering what does it (infrastructure) do, why do I want it, and where do I get it?
  • Consider targeted customer views (what we have now is very engineering focused)
    • Customer specific "How to get started" based on what each customer  needs to do
  • Include  keyword search in user facing views
  • Could be a demo at the next Annual Review
  • With more user facing views we can then advertise it more broadly
  • Implement guided use case search and discovery showing related priorities, activities, packaged software, operational software, and relevant related information.
