In the scheme of things, this perhaps isn't a big deal. I noticed that Section B (Introduction) doesn't describe what's in this document clearly. It sounds like it's only going to present some graphics to be used for buttons. IMO, it should also mention that there are important security requirements, an overview of the user experience for logging in, and a list of supporting documents to be delivered. Maybe a few other things?
