Executive Summary: A service provider needs to establish the mechanism for reporting use of the service provider's resources against allocations. We assume the service provider participates in a public research computing community that allocates resource use to specific individuals, teams, or projects.
This use case is fully supported by the components listed here, although the "level of difficulty" for service providers could be lowered further with more work. No further work is proposed at this time.
