This Capability Delivery Plan proposes an evaluation of potential partnerships XSEDE could pursue in order to provide the service provider experience described in the use case. The result of the evaluation would be one or more recommendations for organizations to partner with. Options should include (but not be limited to) existing XSEDE partners. The estimated effort for this evaluation is two person-weeks.
