yes Community members can submit a ticket to the XSEDE ticket system requesting the specific software package on a specific XSEDE resource. They will receive their response via the ticket system.
yes Enables a user to search for software available on resources (https://portal.xsede.org/software#/). Enables a user to submit and track a request to install new software (https://portal.xsede.org/group/xup/help-desk).
