|Community Software Repository (CSR)||yes||The Community Software Repository (CSR) provides features that allow Service Providers (SPs) and researchers to make known the specific data analysis applications and tools that are available for use, either on SP resources or available in other ways. This is an important piece of ensuring that the right data analysis applications are available on resources for use as described in this use case.|
|Globus Connect Personal||yes||Globus Connect Personal is a software application that researchers can install on their own computer systems (desktop or laptop computers) to allow the data they produce at scientific instruments, research facilities, and/or XSEDE resources to be transferred to their systems for further storage and use.|
|Globus Connect Server||no||Globus Connect Server is a software package that the operators of scientific instruments can install on their systems to enable researchers to transfer data from the instrument to XSEDE resources for analysis. It is also used by campus and research facility IT administrators to enable researchers to deliver the data produced by analysis at XSEDE to their systems for further storage and use.|
